On-time deliveries are therefore not a problem. Whether goods are transported in the traditional way or data is shared digitally, Salzgitter Mannesmann Stahlservice's logistics guarantees punctuality and reliability for every order.
In order to be able to respond promptly and purposefully to every requirement, we store customer-specific primary materials and finished dimensions in a warehouse area of around 70,000 m2. To ensure that the materials are delivered on time, we use the three most important transport methods: road, rail and water. Our three locations are centrally located and well positioned on important motorway links. The Karlsruhe site also has direct port access on the Rhine. All in all, these distinctive location factors make advantageous logistics planning, more economical processes and more cost-effective production possible.
