Multi-blanking line for special plates with multiple cuts

Anyone who claims to be one of the best has to prove what they can do. For example with Europe's most modern multi-blanking line, which makes our Schwerte site an internationally sought-after competence centre for thin-sheet blanks. Standards are set here.

The combined slitting and cut-to-length line enables up to three cuts in the width, exactly according to your individual specifications and wishes. To optimally meet the highest surface requirements, we use cold-rolled sheet steel, or organically coated or surface-finished steel from a coil width of up to 2,150 mm. A state-of-the-art straightener ensures perfect dimensional accuracy, measurements and flatness of the thin sheets.

Multi-format line with electrostatic oiling

Our state-of-the-art multi-format line enables the processing of feed widths of up to 2,150 mm, electrostatic oiling and the production of various cutting geometries. The contracted services can easily be transferred to other surface-sensitive materials, such as organically coated surfaces or surfaces that are galvanised in different ways.

Slitting lines

Salzgitter Mannesmann Stahlservice has four different splitting lines:

Thicknesses from 0.4 mm to 7 mm
Strip widths from 20 mm to 1,650 mm

All common steel surfaces and grades are processed and delivered, packed horizontally or vertically, according to customer requirements.
